Vote on dates and activities
Everyone marks availability and gives activities a thumbs up or down. The winning options surface automatically.

Set the budget and split costs
Add line items with links to the actual bookings. Split equally or set custom shares.

Group wallet collects payments
Each member pays their share. The wallet shows live progress so nobody's wondering.

Disburse to vendors
Once the funds are in, the organiser pays out from the wallet and logs each transaction.
